All orders are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, as production begins quickly.
Shipping

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical estimates are:

Domestic (within [your country]): 5–10 business days after processing.

International: 10–20 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for wrong size/color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or shipment delays outside our control.
Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already started and cancellation is not possible.
Incorrect or Lost Orders

If your order arrives with the wrong item(s), or does not arrive at all within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days(international), please contact us. We will investigate with our production and shipping partners and provide a resolution.
